Sascha Grüßhaber

Lead Software Engineer · .NET · TypeScript · Cloud

I got my first computer for Christmas when I was eight, and software has not let go of me since. Today I am a technical lead at Hoffmann Group, responsible for the architecture and direction of a small team. I learn fast, most recently how to work with AI agents, and people can rely on me.

What I bring

How I work

  • AI orchestration

I orchestrate AI agents and build the processes in which they deliver reliably: clear specs, rules per project and pull requests that have to pass typecheck, linter and tests first.

  • Leadership & mentoring

I lead technically, with a clear direction and plenty of trust. I use code reviews, pairing and open feedback so that the team grows and takes on responsibility itself.

  • Communication

I translate between engineering, product owners and management. I explain complex technology clearly, make decisions transparent and settle expectations early.

  • Quality

Software should not just work, it should stay maintainable. Clean code, a well-considered architecture and automated tests take care of that and make every release safe.

  • Structured work

I break large undertakings into realistic stages with clear milestones. I raise risks early, so that schedule and resources stay predictable even in critical phases.

  • Teamwork

Good software is built as a team, on a basis of trust and respect. I share knowledge openly, solve problems together and deliberately bring different perspectives to the table.

Technologies

What I mostly work with, by area. The bar shows how deep I am in each.

Away from work

When I am not at the computer, I am out on my motorbike or outdoors with the camera. My favourite subjects are macro and wildlife, and a selection of them is right here.
